Billing Coordinator – Secaucus, NJ


 Responsibilities include:

  • Researching all inquiries including discrepancies received via email and phone
  • Issue credits and re-bills for corporate accounts
  • Assists with related special projects as required
  • Running incident reports
  • Retrieving messages from the driver accounting telephone line
  • Answering the in-coming phone line and fielding questions and communicating with various accounts
  • Auditing trip records
  • Contacting subcontracted workers to obtain missing information
  • Documenting adjustments
  • You will be trained on proprietary computer program
  • Other duties as directed by manager



  • One year experience in Costing/Billing position
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and
  • Ability to learn proprietary software programs
  • Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail, management of workflow and priorities
  • Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle a fast paced environment with time restrictions
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Be able to interact with all levels of employees

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday – Friday
